It was a memorable day at Lubavitch Hebrew Academy (LHA) in Margate, Florida, as first-grade students marked a significant milestone, officially receiving their very first Chumash at a grand Chumash Party. This special occasion marks the beginning of an exciting journey in Torah learning, and we couldn’t be prouder of our young students. The atmosphere was filled with joy and excitement as the students proudly held their new Chumashim, creating a lasting memory that will strengthen their connection to their sacred heritage. This moment signifies not only their personal achievement but also their deep bond with the wisdom of the Torah and the lifelong learning that lies ahead. Surrounded by their teachers, families, and friends, the students’ dedication and enthusiasm were evident. Their eagerness to learn and grow has been truly inspiring, and today, we celebrate their hard work with a meaningful and joyous event. This milestone reflects the strong foundation of Torah learning that LHA instills in its students. It is a beautiful reminder of the power of Jewish education and the importance of fostering a love for Torah from a young age. Mazal Tov to our first-grade students and their families! May this be the first of many accomplishments in their Torah journey, and may they continue to grow in knowledge, faith, and commitment for years to come.
