New Overpass at Okeechobee Road and Hialeah Gardens Blvd Set to Partially Open Monday

A new milestone in the Okeechobee Road improvement project is set to launch this coming Monday, April 21. Two westbound lanes on the upper level of the newly constructed overpass at the intersection of Okeechobee Road and Hialeah Gardens Boulevard are scheduled to open to traffic.

The overpass is part of a broader infrastructure initiative aimed at easing congestion and improving traffic flow through one of the region’s busiest corridors. Motorists are advised to follow updated signage and remain alert as the new traffic pattern is implemented.
