ADVISORY:

The Miami-Dade Water & Sewer Department, in collaboration with the City of Aventura, is nearing completion of the installation of a 16-inch sewer force main along East, North, and West Country Club Drive, spanning from William Lehman Causeway to Yacht Club Way. This enhancement encompasses the installation of a 16-inch sewer force main, accompanied by new valves and connections along West, North, and East Country Club Drive, from Yacht Club Way to William Lehman Causeway. The project’s benefits include augmented capacity and efficiency, as well as a more resilient sanitary sewer system, enabling the Water & Sewer Department to continue providing high-quality, reliable services to residents within the project area.

The project’s completion is anticipated for early Summer 2025.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Typical work hours are from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Temporary sidewalk and road closures will be implemented.
Construction activities will be executed in segments to minimize disruptions to traffic, residents, pedestrians, and motorists.
The project will not impact water or wastewater services in your area.
