Casa Bella Residences Taking Shape in Downtown Miami!

Construction is well underway for the highly anticipated Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia, set to rise 56 stories high in the heart of downtown Miami, right next to the Adrienne Arsht Center.

The tower’s groundbreaking took place in November 2023, with a foundation pour scheduled for May 2024. Once completed, the stunning residential tower will feature 319 luxury condos, along with a host of top-tier amenities, including a rooftop pool and terrace on the 56th floor—offering spectacular views of the city.

Developed by Related Group in partnership with Alta Developers, the project is being brought to life by Arquitectonica as the architect, with Coastal Construction Group serving as the contractor.
