The Safra National Bank tower at 3050 Aventura Boulevard in Miami has topped out. The 210-foot building, located at a prime corner site in Aventura, features two interlocking prisms that converge at the second level, creating a striking form. This design offers spectacular spaces at both the base and top, where the bank will host clients. Grant Brooker, Head of Studio at Foster + Partners, expressed excitement about the project: "3050 Aventura Boulevard will be a landmark in Miami's skyline and set a new standard for high-quality workspace with its generous floor-to-ceiling heights and exceptional views." The building’s grand entrance hall opens to a landscaped plaza, offering informal seating for relaxation and socializing. The west side features an offset core and elevator lobby for easy access to office floors, optimized for ocean views to the east. At the top of the tower, an executive level provides meeting rooms, boardrooms, executive offices, and a lounge area. The expansive rooftop terrace includes a bar, dining areas, and landscaping with stunning city views, protected from the sun by a louvred horizontal screen. The tower's steel and anodized aluminium exoskeleton, with shading louvres on the corners, contrasts with the warmer timber and limestone finishes in the entrance hall and office floors, creating a comfortable, welcoming environment. Rob Harrison, Senior Partner at Foster + Partners, noted, "Our design reflects Safra National Bank's commitment to exceptional service and strong client relationships, and we look forward to seeing the project progress."
