We are honored to install 14 Aden Perry Hero Life Rings along Miami Beach's waterways, in partnership with the Aden Perry Good Samaritan and Scholarship Fund. The initiative is a tribute to 17-year-old Aden Perry, a South Florida high school student who tragically lost his life while trying to save a stranger from a sinking car in Broward County. Aden's mother, Sarah Perry, presented the life rings to Miami Beach, hoping to prevent similar tragedies in the future. The nonprofit has distributed over 500 life rings across South Florida, inspired by Aden's brave and selfless act. These life rings will be placed at emergency stations near waterways, with clear instructions to “throw… don’t go” and to call 911 in case of an emergency, offering a crucial lifeline in times of need.
